　　The cold-formed steel production line of Jigang is the key project of Jigang's construction in the 12th Five-Year Plan. The total investment of the first phase of the project is 315 million yuan. Four production lines are designed: 2000×16mm longitudinal shearing line, φ189×16 unit, LW1200×19 unit, LW1500 The ×16 unit is designed with an annual production capacity of 300,000 tons. The world's first-class unit equipment is introduced in key process steps to ensure stable and reliable product quality and performance. The main products include: square rectangular tubes for structural use, structural round tubes, steel sheet piles, etc. The varieties include cold-formed steel such as ordinary carbon, low-alloy high-strength, corrosion-resistant, low-temperature resistant, high-temperature resistant, composite materials, and the rectangular steel tube has a maximum dimension of 400×400 mm and a maximum wall thickness of 19 mm.
